Here's how it works:

• You pay 30% less than the face value of the gift certificates. (For example, you spend $17.50 for a gift certificate to Paul and Elizabeth’s. In return you get a certificate for $25 to go out and spend.)
• There is $2 processing fee on every order. It only applies once per order and helps us keep this incredible site up and running for you.
• You can purchase as many certificates as are available. However, you can redeem two restaurant certificates per person, per visit.
• Each certificate will be honored at the participating business for full value.
• There are no black-out date restrictions on when you can use your certificates.
• Certificates will be mailed to you the next business day. Be sure to supply the correct shipping address during checkout.
• You can also choose to pick up your certificates at our main office at 15 Hampton Ave, Northampton, 8:30 - 5:00, Mon-Fri, but please give us 24 business hours before you stop by.

Renewal Notifications:

• If you go to a specific listing (Hope & Olive, for example) and scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see on the bottom left hand side of the page there is a section called "Notifications". Under the heading it says "Notify me of updates to Hope & Olive" (or whichever item you are looking for). Just click on that and when additional certificates are added, you will receive an email stating they have been restocked on the store.

A few other simple rules:

• Restaurants: Limit two certificates per person per visit. Valid for entire guest check, including all food and beverage and tax.
• Not valid for gratuity; must provide cash tip for server. Not valid for banquets.
• For any unused amount of certificate, the remaining credit amount shall be noted on face of certificate.
• Certificate is not redeemable for cash. Certificate is fully transferable.
• Can be used as a gift. Certificate is valid on any item, sale item or service unless otherwise noted.  Certificates expire after 7 years from date of issue.

PICK-UP POLICY: If you select "pick-up”, please allow 24 business hours before stopping by the station. Also, we do not accept walk-in orders. Certificates can be picked up at WRSI/WHMP in Northampton or WAQY/WLZX in East Longmeadow -- just make sure to specify at checkout.
